Isha Yoga Practices

Doing these Isha practices every day is really great. It burns up my past karma so that only that which is good and convenient happens to me. I’m always so happy and euphoric and full of energy. I notice that the new and full moons bring intense energy. My body is becoming strong, flexible, and healthy.
Everything in life is so easy now. I have been alone in the forest for 7 months now. Every day, usually in the morning, I do Surya Namaskar, Surya Kriya, Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya, and Invocations. At sunset, or later if needed, I do chanting of Brahmananda Swarupa, Yoga Yoga Yogeshwaraya, and Nirvana Shatakam, and the invocations. I started doing Isha practices a little over two years ago, I noticed early on that Sadhguru and other masters that I know of are always with me trying to wake me up, and sometimes I wake up for a little bit, but then I just sleep this side. I’m trying to wake up. Yoga sure is helping. This is just creation, we are doing it because we want to, because it’s brilliant. So everybody better give yoga a try, and it works better every day. Thanks to Sadhguru, Vidya Shankar, and all my teachers everywhere, especially Shiva Shambho, Bom Bholenath, we are all him.
