Studio Shakti will be offering the practices of Yogasanas, Surya Kriya and Surya Shakti at Chapel Hill location (Feb 4th to 11th and Feb 25 to March 5, 2023) to help prepare for Samayama program at the Isha Institute of Inner Sciences, USA (April 26th to May 3rd , 2023).
